Co-founder of the Institute of Applied Corporate Law (IDSA). Coordinator in the Corporate Law Committee of the Center for the Study of Law Firms in MG (CESA). Professor of Corporate Law in the LLM course at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas). Author of several articles of Corporate Law.
